The Mazzon Foundation eliminates the financial barrier associated with professional development with the goal of empowering high-performing professionals to continue advancing their expertise, elevate industry standards, and drive long-term asset performance.
MAZZON UNIVERSITY
(The Educational Pillar) Eliminates the technical knowledge gap by delivering highly scalable vendor education directly to your managers. Developed exclusively by industry leading service providers, this platform equips your team with bidding knowledge, vendor contract negotiations, infrastructure insights, and scope-auditing expertise needed to maximize owner investments.
Mazzon is the primary benefactor for these 501(c)(3) organizations. A set percentage of all commercial business profits is donated annually to ensure these programs remain at zero cost to the employee, the employer, and the building owner. The companies and building owners gain a smarter workforce without the administrative or capital burden.
